Due to COVID-19, there may be delays with our suppliers for production and shipping. The listed shipping timelines are our goal, but during this period please allow additional time for transit and tracking updates. All our items are printed on demand (made to order) by our worldwide suppliers. The fulfillment time depends on their backlog. Once the items are printed, they will be shipped immediately. See info below for your region. 

For US Orders:
• 3-7 business days after fulfillment

For EU Orders:
• 5-20 business days after fulfillment

For Other International Orders:
• 5-20 business days after fulfillment 

All shipping charges are calculated live on our site based on your location. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping rates. 

Depending on where the items ships from based on our network of worldwide suppliers, you may be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon delivery of the package. Taxes/duties are often calculated based on the original retail price of the items in your order and does not include any discounts or promotions.

Please not that all prices listed in our store are in US dollars by default. You can change the currency in the footer.

Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. We also use the latest encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card and password information while we are processing your order.

Please note: Because we do not store credit card information, we will charge your account at the time you place the order.

When you place the order, we send it immediately for fulfillment to our worldwide supplier network. The order cannot be changed or cancelled. You may choose to return any eligible item by following our returns process.

Since all our products are made to order and fulfilled from various distributions centers around the world, we are unable to accept any returns unless there are damages at the time of receipt. We will do our best to assess the damages reported. 

To report any damages, please take photos immediately and email contact@merchpasal.com with your order number and the name of the product(s) along with photos of the damages. We will reach back out to you to resolve those issues as needed.

If your order is returned  back to us because of an incorrect address, we will not be able to resend it back to you. The order will be returned to inventory and you will be refunded for the order excluding any previous shipping charges. If you still require the order then you would need to place a new order via the online store using a correct address.
